I’m an independent licensed workplace investigator with 25 years of HR experience and 150+ investigations and 50+ assessments under my belt dealing with issues related to discrimination, harassment, violence, misconduct, and toxic work environments. And I’ve seen how handling these issues early, and with care, can transform the work environment for the better (even when there were breaches of trust in the past).
